超細超微設備蒸汽動能磨


超細超微粉碎機蒸汽動能磨原理:

蒸汽動能磨是利用過熱蒸汽經過同軸心噴嘴將顆粒加速、並進行碰撞粉碎,粉碎後的物料經過分級機分級,合格粉料進入後麵的收集係統收集,不合格物料返回粉碎機繼續被粉碎。整個係統蒸汽保持在過熱狀態,生產在全幹法下進行。

蒸汽動能磨加工超微粉煤灰、固硫灰的優勢

1.可以充分利用現有餘熱所產生的蒸汽或低溫發電後的背壓蒸汽作為動力,能夠有效降低粉體加工成本;如現有蒸汽是未得到實際應用就排空,采用蒸汽動力磨後,粉體加工的成本將僅為氣流磨加工成本的1/5-1/8;節能優勢,在有條件的地方,用低級能源遠比用高級能源節能顯著。

2.粉碎強度對比:常規氣流磨設計線速度 400m/s~600m/s,而蒸汽動能磨的粉碎強度可達到 1000m/s。

3.充分利用餘熱,符合國家目前大力倡導節能減排政策的要求,易於獲得政府科技資金的支持和國家科技獎勵;

4.蒸汽動力磨是物料與物料相互碰撞來進行粉碎的,設備磨損小,原料中如有大塊異物(螺栓、鐵塊等)進入設備不會對設備造成損壞,維修率低、易損件極少,設備維護費用低;

5.加工粉體粒度範圍寬,可加工10um的超細粉體,也可根據需要加工1~2um的超微粉體。

6.充分利用未被使用的過熱蒸汽,符合國家目前大力倡導節能減排政策的要求,易於獲得政府科技資金的支持和國家科技獎勵;

設備特點:

3.蒸汽動力磨是物料與物料相互碰撞來進行粉碎的,設備磨損小,原料中如有大塊異物(螺栓、鐵塊等)進入設備不會對設備造成損壞,維修率低、易損件極少,設備維護費用低;

4.在加工易燃易爆粉體(如:煤粉/石油焦等)過程中安全性好,物料是在全過熱蒸汽中粉碎,因而不存在爆炸的危險;且加工後的粉體可保持在40-80℃的溫度,有利於提高燃燒效率;

5.加工粉體粒度範圍寬,根據需要可加工100目~12500目的粉體。

6.充分利用熱電廠低品位過熱蒸汽作為動力,實現低成本,規模化的超細粉體加工,符合國家目前大力倡導節能減排政策的要求,易於獲得政府科技資金的支持和國家科技獎勵。

應用領域典型物料有:

粉煤灰、固硫廢渣、鈦白粉、煤粉、石油焦、炭黑、炭素、高爐渣、鋼渣、石墨、雲母、滑石、石英、方解石、重晶石、矽藻土、氫氧化鋁/鎂、金屬氧化物等一切耐溫的物料。

現主要應用領域有:

電廠粉煤灰/固硫廢渣,玻璃廠石油焦粉/煤粉,鋼廠高爐渣/鋼渣,炭素廠煆後焦/超細石墨,非金屬礦行業/超微粉體材料等。

Principle of kinetic energy grinding of steam:

Steam mill is using superheated steam through the coaxial nozzle, and will accelerate the particle collision crushing, crushing the material after grading, collect the powder into the back of the system of qualified, unqualified material return to mill crushed.
